About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Data Entry Operator / Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and analyzing data to support business operations and decision-making. This role requires strong attention to detail, data management skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
- Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies when identified.
- Organize and maintain digital records and files.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security standards are followed.
- Generate routine reports and maintain documentation.
Data Analysis
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets.
- Monitor data quality and recommend improvements.
- Assist management with forecasting, performance tracking, and KPI reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts).
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and database management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or database systems.
- Understanding of data validation and quality control processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and skills
