- Prepare and cook South Indian dishes with minimal supervision
- Handle specific kitchen sections (e.g., dosa station, tandoor, breakfast section)
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all dishes
- Supervise and guide Commis II and kitchen helpers
- Maintain proper mise en place for smooth kitchen operations
- Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are strictly followed
- Check quality of raw materials and finished dishes
- Assist senior chefs in menu planning and recipe standardization
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
