Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-Learning Graphic Designer to design engaging visual assets for digital learning courses. The candidate should have strong graphic design skills, understanding of learning design principles, and experience creating visuals for online training modules, presentations, videos, and interactive learning content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality graphics, layouts, illustrations, icons, and visual elements for e-learning courses.
- Create course UI screens, infographics, banners, character illustrations, and backgrounds.
- Develop visual concepts based on storyboards and instructional design requirements.
- Support development of interactive learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Design assets for videos, animations, and explainer content.
- Edit images and optimize graphics for web and mobile learning platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all learning projects.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, voice-over artists, and project managers.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver outputs within timelines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience designing for e-learning or digital learning environments.
- Understanding of responsive and accessibility-friendly design.
- Basic knowledge of animation and video editing is preferred.
- Creativity with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in e-learning, multimedia, or digital content design.
- Experience working with corporate training or LMS-based projects is an advantage.
