Job Title : Key Account Executive

Job Brief :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Key Account Executive to join our marketing and advertising team. In this role, you will manage multiple client accounts, ensuring their goals are achieved through exceptional service and well-executed campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable project briefs for internal teams.
- Oversee the execution of marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare status reports, and provide regular updates to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and performance marketing, to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing accounts.
- Address client concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in preparing project briefs, timelines, and status reports.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address challenges proactively.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and performance metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in client-facing roles within the marketing or advertising industry.
- Familiarity with performance marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated success in driving client satisfaction and account growth.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
