- Generate new gold loan business by sourcing customers from the open market.
- Follow up and convert bank-provided leads into gold loan customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with local customers, traders, business owners, and community influencers to generate referrals.
- Explain gold loan products, interest rates, repayment options, and other features to prospective customers.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for gold loan disbursement.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
