Job summary
An Accounts Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow business revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Monitor account performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and account reviews.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients.
Track sales targets, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship managem
Pay: ₹18,402.35 - ₹25,116.26 per month
