Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Post, update, and remove job ads on job boards and social media networks . Screen resumes, contact candidates, and coordinate interview schedules
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with new hire orientation, prepare onboarding packets, and process necessary employment paperwork.
- Data Management: Maintain and update internal HR databases and personnel files, ensuring high accuracy and strict confidentiality Easy
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for basic employee queries regarding company policies and benefits Workable
- Administrative Duties: Gather payroll data (e.g., leaves, working hours), file documents, and assist with planning corporate events
Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of HR practices, functions, and labor legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information

Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per year
