- 1. HR Onboarding activities,
- Recruitment & Deployment: Source, interview, and deploy on-site security guards, supervisors, and housekeeping or garden staff.
- Attendance & Roster Control: Monitor daily attendance. Update the attendance of all the staff and ensure that the data is cor
- Receivables and Payables Management
2. Stock Inventory Management
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of uniforms and shoes. Stock Received, Issued and balance.
- Office Management: Follow up on new enquiries, prepare quotations and help management with the documentation
4. Administration & Payroll
- Attendance Verification: Verify and submit Daily, weekly or monthly attendance data to HR and operations departments to process payroll and client invoices.
- Onboarding: Assist with new-hire joining formalities, bank account setups, and uniform/gear issuance.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Typically 1 to 2 years in a similar role
- Local Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written skills in local languages (e.g., Kannada, Hindi, and English in the Bengaluru region) to effectively communicate with on-ground staff and clients.
- Computer Skills: Word, Excel and Power Point.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
