Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection process (job posting, screening, interviews).
- Handle employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with payroll processing and attendance management.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Handle employee grievances and queries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
