Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Care: Perform initial examinations, monitor patient progress, and provide immediate care in the ward or emergency department.
- Emergency Response: Serve as the first responder for acute medical situations and emergencies (Code Blue/CPR).
- Daily Rounds & Documentation: Conduct daily rounds, document patient conditions, manage treatment sheets, and prepare discharge summaries.
- Liaison: Act as the bridge between nurses and senior consultants, reporting any clinical deterioration immediately.
- Procedures: Perform routine procedures such as IV insertion, blood sampling, and assist in surgeries.
