Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Domestic Marketing Executive/Manager to drive sales growth and market development for our chlor-alkali product portfolio, including caustic soda lye/flakes, liquid chlorine, hydrochloric acid (HCl), sodium hypochlorite, and allied chemicals. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement domestic marketing and sales strategies for chlor-alkali products.
* Identify and acquire new customers across industries such as textiles, pulp & paper, water treatment, alumina, soap & detergents, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food processing.
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and demand-supply dynamics.
* Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, contracts, and pricing agreements.
* Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and deliveries.
* Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and technical coordination in collaboration with the technical services team.
* Conduct regular customer visits, market surveys, and business development activities.
* Prepare sales forecasts, monthly sales plans, and MIS reports.
* Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
* Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer engagement programs.
* Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to chemical handling and transportation.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* MBA (Marketing) preferred.
* 3–10 years of experience in sales and marketing of chlor-alkali chemicals or industrial chemicals.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of chlor-alkali products and their industrial applications.
* Understanding of domestic chemical markets, pricing mechanisms, and distribution channels.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
* Strong analytical and market research capabilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
* Ability to travel extensively within assigned territories.

Compensation: As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
