We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance, along with hands-on experience in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end HR operations
- Ensuring compliance with Labour Laws
- Managing PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances
- Employee documentation and records management
- Payroll coordination and attendance monitoring
- Handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Liaising with government authorities when required
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws
- Hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in an on-site role
