Mechanical Technician
We are seeking few skilled and reliable Mechanical Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment and machinery manufactured by us. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in an industrial or maintenance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and maintain mechanical machinery and equipment at our different costumers site across india.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
- Repair or replace defective mechanical components such as bearings, belts, gears, pumps, valves, couplings, electrical wiring troubleshooting, embedded system control and software installation.
- Perform equipment inspections and identify potential mechanical problems.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and technical specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and correctly.
- Carry out alignment, lubrication, adjustment, and calibration of mechanical equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Follow workplace safety procedures, company policies, and applicable industry standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, electricians, and other maintenance personnel.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma, ITI, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Trade/Electrical/ Electronics trades.
- Relevant experience in mechanical maintenance, equipment repair, or industrial machinery.
- Good knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and maintenance practices.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Basic computer and maintenance-reporting skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with hydraulic pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics valves, and other industrial/ material testing equipment.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Familiarity with welding, fabrication, and basic machining is an advantage.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work shifts and respond to equipment breakdowns when required.
Working Conditions
The Mechanical Technician may work in manufacturing plants, factories, workshops, construction sites, or other industrial environments in all over india at our customers places . The role may require shift work, working at heights or in confined areas, and handling heavy machinery and equipment while following appropriate safety procedures.
Pay: ₹8,763.06 - ₹30,000.00 per month
