Job Summary
Wisecor Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Engineer – Finishing / Execution for one of India's leading real estate developers. We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in Finishing Works, Site Execution, Quality Control, BOQ Preparation, and Contractor Management for high-rise residential construction projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising finishing activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise finishing works including plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, gypsum, and related activities.
- Monitor day-to-day site execution for residential high-rise projects.
- Conduct snagging and de-snagging inspections before project handover.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Prepare BOQs, verify quantities, and support material planning.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and maintain engineering documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project timelines.
- Resolve site execution issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
