Roles & Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Document Management Systems (DMS), including document storage, indexing, version control, access control, workflow automation, and compliance management.
- Engage with clients during the pre-sales and requirement gathering phase to understand document workflows, business processes, and compliance needs.
- Conduct product demos and solution presentations showcasing DMS capabilities such as digitization, OCR, workflow automation, and secure document handling.
- Work closely with sales and delivery teams to respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and EOIs for DMS solutions.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client business and document management requirements.
- Prepare and maintain key documentation including:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
- User Stories & Use Cases
- Document lifecycle and workflow diagrams
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and document flow journeys using Figma to visualize system functionality and user experience.
- Leverage AI tools for requirement analysis, document classification, summarization, and automation insights.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI-based features such as intelligent document processing (IDP), OCR, metadata tagging, search optimization, and chat-based document retrieval.
- Perform gap analysis between client requirements and existing DMS capabilities; recommend enhancements or customizations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable and secure DMS solutions for web and mobile platforms.
- Act as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Ensure data security, access control, and compliance requirements (e.g., audit trails, document retention policies) are addressed in the solution.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution.
- Prepare and present proposals, solution documents, and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Manage change requests, risks, and communication history throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure the solution meets business and operational needs.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies and best practices.
Must Have Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to Pre-Sales and DMS projects.
- Strong understanding of Document Management Systems, workflows, and document lifecycle management.
- Experience with OCR tools, document digitization, and workflow automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI/UX collaboration.
- Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) for documentation, analysis, and productivity.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts in document processing (IDP, classification, extraction).
- Strong knowledge of Web & Mobile Application Development.
- Experience in solutioning and proposal preparation.
- Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (client-facing).
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working as an individual contributor.
- Ability to translate document management needs into scalable technical solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with DMS platforms like SharePoint, OpenText, Alfresco, or similar.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of document security standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Exposure to AI-driven document processing tools (OCR, NLP-based search, automation tools).
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
