Job Summary
KG Cinemas is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Security & Parking Associate to ensure the safety, security, and smooth parking operations of our cinema premises. The ideal candidate should be alert, disciplined, polite with customers, and comfortable working in a busy cinema environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain security across the cinema premises.
- Manage the entry and exit of customers, staff, and vehicles.
- Assist customers with parking and ensure vehicles are parked safely and systematically.
- Monitor parking areas and prevent unauthorized parking.
- Maintain smooth traffic flow during peak hours, weekends, and movie shows.
- Guide customers to available parking spaces and assist with vehicle movement when required.
- Keep a watch on the premises and immediately report any suspicious activity or security concerns.
- Handle customer queries related to parking and provide courteous assistance.
- Maintain basic records/reports related to security or parking incidents.
- Follow all company security procedures and instructions.
- Perform other security ,parking frisking-related duties assigned by the management.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in security, parking management, mall, cinema, hotel, retail, or similar environments is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Alert, responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customers or crowded situations.
- Basic understanding of vehicle movement and parking management.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
