Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCOE) is seeking to hire an Survey Specialist - Data & Analytics for the GCOE Business Enablement vertical. The role Survey Specialist - Data & Analytics will be part GCOE Business Enablement vertical and will be of dedicated support to Gallagher Benefits Services , Other Global division.
Gallagher Benefit Services US is looking for a dynamic Survey Specialist - Data & Analytics to support a detail-oriented research and insights professional to support survey design, execution, and reporting. The role requires expertise in tools such as Qualtrics and Mailchimp, along with the ability to translate data into visually compelling insights through PowerPoint. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of research methodologies and a structured, client-focused approach to delivering high-quality outputs.
How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:
1. Tools to be Know : Program and manage surveys using Qualtrics, including data analysis and reporting
2. Design and execute survey outreach using Mailchimp, including managing recruitment lists
3. Apply best practices in quantitative and qualitative research design to develop effective questionnaires
4. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality, and adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs).
5. Analyze data and translate findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
6. Create visually engaging tables, charts, and graphics in PowerPoint for client presentations
7. Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of deliverables while maintaining a strong attention to detail
8. Contribute to the creative direction of projects, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table, identifying opportunities for innovation and experimentation, and incorporating new trends, technologies, or techniques to improve the impact of deliverables.
9. Take ownership of your own professional growth, actively seeking out opportunities for skill development through workshops, courses, and industry events, and leading or facilitating internal knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the team's capabilities and understanding of industry best practices.
About you
Education:
Minimum Required Degree: Bachelor’s /Master’s degree- Preferred Degree: Degree in Market Research or Marketing Analytics
Certificate(s)/Special Training:
Certification or hands-on experience in Qualtrics or similar survey platforms- Exposure to Survey Design & Questionnaire Structuring
- Proficiency in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Certification in Data Analytics or Business Analytics (preferred)
- Experience or training in reporting & dashboard creation
Experience ( Career Level Guide)
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in market research, survey management, or consulting support roles, preferably with exposure to tools like Qualtrics and Mailchimp- Hands-on experience with Qualtrics for survey programming and data analysis
- Experience using Mailchimp for campaign management and survey outreach
- Strong background in quantitative and qualitative research and insight generation
- Proven ability to create client-ready presentations and manage stakeholder interactions
- Proficiency in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of iconography, typography, color theory, space, and texture.
- Knowledge of the latest design trends.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop junior.
- Experience in conducting quality reviews and providing constructive feedback
Knowledge,Skills and Ability:
Strong knowledge of survey platforms such as Qualtrics and email tools like Mailchimp- Good understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights
- Proficiency in data storytelling and creating impactful PowerPoint presentations
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Effective time management, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships, solicit feedback, and continuously improve design processes.
