This is not a traditional graphic design role.
We are looking for someone who understands marketing psychology, storytelling, social media and AI-powered content creation.
Role Overview
The AI Creative, Video & Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing marketing content across Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
The ideal candidate should be able to:
· Generate creative concepts
· Write compelling ad copies
· Create static ad creatives
· Create short-form videos
· Manage social media pages
· Use AI tools extensively
· Bring new campaign ideas proactively
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Ideation
· Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns
· Create multiple campaign angles and messaging variations
· Suggest new themes, hooks and offers
· Research competitor ads and identify winning trends
· Proactively bring fresh marketing ideas
Ad Creative Generation
Create:
· Meta Ad Creatives
· Instagram Creatives
· WhatsApp Creatives
· Landing Page Visuals
· Promotional Banners
