Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of high-rise residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, resource management, quality control, cost monitoring, contractor coordination, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise construction projects from foundation to handover.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Supervise site engineers and project teams to ensure efficient execution.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Monitor project costs, approve contractor bills, and control budget variations.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and statutory approvals.
- Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and progress review meetings.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and MIS for management.
- Ensure smooth coordination for project completion, snag closure, and final handover.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with RERA guidelines, safety standards, and construction quality systems.
- Experience with ERP systems and project management software is an added advantage.
