About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented IT Support Executive to manage the day-to-day IT needs of a high-performing B2B Sales & Marketing team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the team is fully equipped with the right tools, systems, and support to operate efficiently across CRM platforms, communication tools, cloud systems, and sales/marketing tech stacks.
Key Responsibilities: IT Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users via ticketing systems, email, chat, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues across desktops, laptops, VoIP phones, and mobile devices.
- Maintain an internal knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
User Management & Onboarding
- Set up new user accounts, email addresses, devices, and access permissions in coordination with HR and team leads.
- Offboard users by revoking access, backing up data, and recovering equipment.
System & Application Support
- Provide support for key platforms including:
- CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Productivity & collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace / Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom)
- Coordinate with vendors and SaaS providers for escalated issues.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure endpoint security across all devices (antivirus, encryption, MDM).
- Support IT policies around data protection, access control, and compliance with GDPR, ISO, or other relevant standards.
Maintenance & Asset Management
- Monitor and maintain IT equipment inventory and asset tagging.
- Schedule and carry out system updates, backups, and hardware refresh cycles.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Help identify opportunities to streamline IT workflows.
- Prepare monthly reports on support ticket trends, system uptime, and user satisfaction.
Qualifications: Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Windows/macOS operating systems
- Office productivity tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365)
- Basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi/TCP-IP)
- Familiarity with CRM and sales/marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
