Your impact
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Architect with 15-20 years of experience to lead the design and implementation of complex, enterprise-scale solutions. This role requires a seasoned professional who can architect robust, scalable systems across multiple technology stacks while providing technical leadership and strategic guidance to engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Architecture Development
- Lead the design and evolution of enterprise architecture blueprints, ensuring alignment between business strategy, operating modelsand technology investments.
- Define future-state architecture models across business capabilities, applications, data platforms, integration ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, and security domains.
- Analyze current-state architecture, identify technical debt, architectural deficiencies, and capability gaps, and develop actionable transition architectures and implementation roadmaps to achieve the desired target state
2. Solution Architecture & Design
- Design and architect end-to-end enterprise solutions across multiple technology platforms and domains
- Define technical strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives and industry best practices
- Create comprehensive architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and design documentation
- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools for optimal solution delivery
- Establish architectural standards, guidelines, and governance frameworks.
3. Integration & Data Architecture
- Design and implement complex integration patterns between Source systems(Engineering tools/Financial Systems) and proposed platforms
- Architect data pipelines, ETL processes, and real-time streaming solutions .
- Design scalable data layer architectures including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes
- Implement API strategies, microservices architectures, and event-driven systems
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all architectural components
4. Technology Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges and solution implementations.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to senior developers, and engineering teams.
- Drive architectural reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making processes.
- Champion engineering excellence through best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
Here's what you'll need
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Expert knowledge of architectural patterns: Microservices, SOA, Event-Driven Architecture.
- Experience of atleast 5 years on various cloud platforms and offerings such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability patterns, and performance optimization
- Experience with API design patterns (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and integration architectures.
- Integrated secure auth systems across multiple distributed systems
- Integration patterns: ESB, API Gateway, Event Sourcing, Messaging
