Role Overview:
We are aggressively hiring for our Kalol Branch located near Gandhinagar. We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Visa Counsellor to guide students and professionals through their study abroad and visa processes. If you have a strong understanding of international admissions (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe) and want to earn attractive incentives without the pressure of unrealistic targets, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on study abroad options, university selection, and visa categories based on their eligibility.
- Evaluate client profiles and provide accurate, up-to-date guidance on immigration rules and admission requirements.
- Assist clients comprehensively with documentation, application forms, SOP preparation, and financial requirements.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system with prospective leads to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure zero errors in visa filing and application submissions.
- Maintain excellent client relationships to build trust and generate referral business.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Visa Counselling, Immigration Sales, or Overseas Education.
- Communication Skills: Excellent convincing skills.
- Location: Must live in or easily commute to Kalol. Candidates from nearby areas such as Kadi, Chhatral, Borisana, Saij, Mansa, Adalaj, Sertha, or Gandhinagar are highly encouraged to apply.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Skills: Strong convincing power, attention to detail, proactive follow-up skills, and basic CRM/computer proficiency.
