Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a polite and professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage front desk operations, including maintaining the visitor register and issuing visitor passes.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area at all times.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage conference room bookings when required.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and photocopying.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for office-related requirements.
- Ensure compliance with office security procedures and company policies.
- Provide general support to HR, Admin, or other departments as needed.
