Role Overview
ELITA INTERNATIONAL is looking for a high-energy Field Sales Representative with hands-on B2B experience in Flavours, Fragrances, and Essential Oils. This is a 100% field-based role, requiring daily customer visits, technical discussions, sampling follow-ups, and conversion of new qualified accounts into first orders.
The candidate must be based in Mumbai but willing to travel extensively across India as per business requirements.

- Soaps & Detergents
- Shampoos & Haircare
- Handwash & Laundry
- Cosmetics & Personal Care
- Fine Fragrances & Perfumes
Essential Oils Buyers:
- Flavour & Fragrance manufacturers
- Traders, Dealers & Distributors
- Industrial buyers of Essential Oils
Key Responsibilities
- Visit only pre-qualified & Sales Coordinator–approved accounts
- Be on the field daily (3–8 customer visits/day) as per route plan
- Carry samples and:
- Conduct technical discussions
- Present product applications
- Build strong professional relationships
- Handle objections confidently
- Drive opportunities from:
- Sampling → Approval
- Approval → First Commercial Order
- Identify:
- Preferably ≥25 kg consumption customers or Orders with atleast >5 Kg orders
- Strategic brands, Strategic Dealers & Distributors placements
- High-potential dealers & distributors
- Support strategic placement of products with dealers and distributors
- Share regular market intelligence with Sales Coordinator:
- Competitor activity
- Pricing sensitivity
- New opportunities & trends
- Maintain strict visit discipline:
- Purpose-driven meetings
- Call reports within 24 hours
- Work closely with the office Sales Coordinator for:
- Route planning
- Meeting scheduling
- Follow-up alignment

- Lead qualification
- Micro / low-volume customers
- Repeat order booking
- Logistics or dispatch follow-ups
Skills & Competencies
- Strong B2B field sales experience
- Sound industry knowledge (Flavours / Fragrances / Essential Oils)
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory for MNC clients)
- Confident, persuasive, and dominant sales personality
- Presentable, professional, and customer-facing
- High energy, proactive, and self-driven
- Comfortable using:
- WhatsApp (business communication)
- Gmail
- Basic reporting formats
- Willingness to travel by train, bus, car, bike, or flight as per route plan and cost-effective business needs
Eligibility Criteria
- Marital Status: Preferably Married
- Age Group: 30–45 years
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B Field Sales in relevant industry
- Location: Must be based in Mumbai

- Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Nature of Role: Complete Field Job with Pan-India travel
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
