About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-focused Field Sales Executive to handle vendor acquisition and engagement across the hospitality and retail sectors.
This is a field-oriented role involving frequent travel, direct interaction with business owners, vendor onboarding, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting vendors, understanding their business needs, and supporting them after onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential vendors in hotels, supermarkets, and retail businesses
- Conduct in-person meetings and business discussions with prospective vendors
- Explain the company’s platform, features, and benefits through basic product demonstrations
- Manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with onboarded vendors
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor coordination, queries, and support
- Coordinate with internal operations and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of vendor meetings, onboarding status, and follow-ups
- Achieve assigned vendor onboarding and relationship management targets
- Travel extensively within assigned territories for business development activities
Pay: ₹12,498.39 - ₹19,084.24 per month
