Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer/Executive to join our Quality Control team in a Pharmaceutical/Ayurvedic manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for testing, documentation, sampling, and ensuring that raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials, and finished products meet the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing and analysis of Raw Materials, In-Process Materials and Finished Products as per approved specifications.
- Conduct physical, chemical and other applicable quality tests.
- Perform sampling of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products as per SOP.
- Maintain proper records of QC testing, observations and analytical results.
- Ensure all testing is performed as per SOPs, specifications and approved test methods.
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of COA (Certificate of Analysis).
- Handle laboratory instruments and equipment as per SOP and maintain their records.
- Ensure proper cleaning, calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and QC records.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Pharmaceutical/Ayurvedic QC processes.
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP and SOPs.
- Good analytical and observation skills.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory instruments and testing procedures.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility
- Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
- Candidates with experience in Pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, Herbal or Nutraceutical manufacturing will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant educational qualifications and basic laboratory knowledge can apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
