We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller / Academic Counselor to join our team in Ernakulam. You will be the first point of contact for students inquiring about our Kerala PSC coaching programs. Your goal is to understand their career needs, explain our course benefits, and guide them toward enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Make outbound calls to potential students who have expressed interest in Kerala PSC, SSC, or RRB exams.
- Counseling: Explain the Kerala PSC exam structure (10th/12th/Degree Level) and how our coaching helps them succeed.
- Follow-ups: Maintain a systematic follow-up schedule with interested leads via calls and WhatsApp.
- Data Entry: Keep accurate records of all calls and student details in our database/CRM.
- Conversion: Meet monthly admission targets by effectively addressing student doubts and providing clear information.
Requirements
- Language: Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory. Basic English is preferred.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Kerala PSC recruitment process is a huge plus (we will also provide training).
- Location: Must be a resident of Ernakulam or nearby areas (Kochi, Aluva, Kakkanad, etc.) for daily office commuting.
- Experience: 0–2 years in tele-calling, sales, or educational counseling. Freshers with great communication skills are welcome.
- Education: Plus Two or Any Degree.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
