Job Title: Chef de Partie (CDP) – Chinese Cuisine
Job Summary
The CDP – Chinese Cuisine is responsible for preparing and presenting authentic Chinese dishes while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and hygiene. The role includes managing the assigned kitchen section and supporting smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Chinese dishes including wok items, noodles, rice dishes, soups, and regional specialties.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for efficient service operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Trial Requirement
A practical kitchen trial is compulsory for all applicants. Final selection will be based on trial performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
