Job Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. This role requires an individual who can conceptualize and execute compelling motion graphics and video content that aligns with brand objectives and enhances audience engagement.
You will collaborate closely with content, strategy, and marketing teams to deliver visually impactful storytelling across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics, explainer videos, social media reels, and brand assets
- Execute creative assets for advertisements, digital campaigns, product launches, and brand communications
- Collaborate with creative teams, content strategists, and marketing leads to develop engaging visual narratives
- Edit and enhance video content with graphics, transitions, sound effects, and visual elements
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables
- Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and industry innovations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in motion graphics or a similar creative role (agency experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Hands-on experience with 2D/3D animation, compositing, and video editing
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visual content
- Strong time management skills and ability to perform under pressure
