About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive / SEO Specialist to manage and execute SEO strategies for our real estate business. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of how to generate organic traffic, improve search rankings, and drive qualified leads through search engines.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies for real estate projects, optimizing website content, improving local search visibility, and monitoring organic performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for the company's real estate projects and website.
- Conduct keyword research focused on real estate projects, locations, property types, and high-intent search terms.
- Perform On-Page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URL structure, internal linking, image optimization, and content optimization.
- Manage Off-Page SEO and link-building activities to improve website authority and rankings.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting website performance and search rankings.
- Optimize landing pages and project pages to improve organic traffic and lead generation.
- Develop and implement Local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization and location-based keyword targeting.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for improving organic rankings and market visibility.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to create SEO-friendly content, blogs, project descriptions, and landing pages.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, backlinks, and other important SEO KPIs.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve website traffic and generate qualified real estate leads through organic search.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory/preferred, particularly with real estate developers, property portals, or real estate consulting companies.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO.
- Strong understanding of keyword research and search intent.
- Experience in real estate keyword targeting and location-based SEO will be highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
- Understanding of website analytics, traffic sources, conversion tracking, and SEO reporting.
- Good understanding of content optimization and SEO-friendly content requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently plan and execute SEO campaigns.
