We are looking for a motivated Field Engineer (Substation) with at least 2 years of experience in substation construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities. The candidate should be capable of coordinating site execution while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Supervise day-to-day substation construction and installation activities.

Monitor erection of equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, isolators, CTs, PTs, and switchgear.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for smooth site execution.

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.

Assist in testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.

Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards at the project site.

Identify and resolve site issues in coordination with senior engineers.

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of experience in substation projects (AIS/GIS preferred).

Basic knowledge of substation equipment installation and testing.

Familiarity with electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and project documentation.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Experience in 11 kV to 400 kV substation projects.

Knowledge of relevant electrical standards and safety practices.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
