Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi (knowledge of English and regional languages is an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, CRM, or data entry).
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under targets.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Explain company products, services, and offers clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up activities.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer closures and updates.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling customer information.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
