Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manages the recruitment process using the standard recruiting and hiring practices including campus recruitment.
- Conducting the first round of telephonic interviews for the candidates to schedule interviews.
- Maintain Record of Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Compliance, Termination, Vacation Tracking, Sick Leave Tracking, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management
- Oversee all admin related functions, Vendor Coordination etc.
- Prepare Daily Sales Report, Coordinate with Sales team for sales support.
- Coordinate with company vendors - Sales, Marketing etc for daily deliverables
- Prepare Invoices and Track Payments.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- We are looking for a highly energetic, self-motivated individual to join us.
- Graduate/Post Graduate with a minimum of 6 months experience in HRMS & Sales Admin
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate will directly report to the directors/ceo
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
