Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and dynamic Senior Accounts Executive / Manager - Accounts to lead our accounting team at our Jaipur (Mahela) location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial planning and analysis, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing timely financial insights to management. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Management Verify and validate day-to-day accounting transactions. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets. Reconcile accounts thoroughly to ensure absolute accuracy and completeness. 2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Prepare weekly and monthly budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to management. Support core business decisions with accurate financial data. 3. Compliance & Regulatory Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST and TDS returns. Verify and maintain all statutory records up to date. Coordinate seamlessly with auditors and tax authorities. 4. Operational Management Efficiently manage debtors, creditors, and ledger accounts. Coordinate effectively with internal departments and factory teams. Verify and maintain critical office records (GRN, sales bills, purchase bills, and asset register). 5. Reporting & MIS Prepare comprehensive monthly MIS reports for the management. Develop and maintain functional dashboards and analytical reports. 6. Export Operations Handle all export-related accounting and compliance. Verify and file export returns accurately. Job Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related financial field. Experience: 3–4 years of core accounting experience (Experience in an Export-Oriented Unit is preferred). Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Tally. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.). PowerPoint for presentations. Key Skills: Strong financial planning background, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication.
