Job Title: Invoice Verification Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Invoice Verification Executive to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy of financial records, and supporting the accounts payable process. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in accounting and finance are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documents.
- Ensure accuracy of invoice details such as GST, rates, quantities, and payment terms.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices by coordinating with vendors and internal departments.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in vendor account reconciliation and follow-up on pending invoices.
- Support month-end closing activities related to invoice processing.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting procedures.
- Prepare reports and maintain data in Excel and accounting systems.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and GST regulations.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred).
- Basic knowledge of accounting software/ERP systems is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
