Job Overview:
Execute functional and performance testing of telecom products (OLT, ONT, STB, EDFA, switches) using test suites and instrumentation, ensuring compliance with specs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functional test of OLTs, ONTs, OTT/STB, switches, EDFAs– Execute test scripts, log results, report anomalies– Calibrate RF/power levels (for EDFAs)
- Familiarity with signal generators, oscilloscopes– Basic RF/optical test knowledge (for EDFA line)
- Drive throughput, enforce safety & 5S standards– Coordinate with Test & Quality on NCRs– Onboard & train new hires for multi-product lines
- Set up test fixtures and connect DUTs (devices under test).
- Run automated test scripts; log PASS/FAIL and failure modes.
- Calibrate and operate oscilloscopes, multimeters, RF/optical power meters.
- Troubleshoot basic failures; escalate to Test Engineer.
- Maintain test equipment calibration records.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1–3 years in electronics test or telecom manufacturing.
- Familiarity with signal generators, oscilloscopes, optical power meters.
- Basic knowledge of RF/optical principles (for EDFA roles).
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics, IT, Computer
- Freshers with good technical knowledge can also apply
Candidates should be currently residing in Vapi, Daman, Umargam, or Valsad region only.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
