About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our gold and jewellery showroom team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in the jewellery or retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Provide detailed product information and guidance to customers.
- Handle billing, order processing, and sales documentation.
- Ensure attractive product displays and showroom presentation.
- Follow company policies regarding inventory, security, and customer service.
- Support promotional activities and special sales events.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 –5 years of experience in jewellery, gold showroom, or luxury retail sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of gold, diamond, and jewellery products is preferred.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and billing software knowledge.
- Graduate preferred; relevant retail experience will also be considered
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
