Key Responsibilities1. Payroll & Compensation Management
- Process Payroll: Manage monthly end-to-end payroll processing for all employees accurately.
- Attendance Tracking: Validate monthly attendance, leaves, overtime, and loss of pay (LOP).
- F&F Settlement: Handle full and final settlements for exiting employees.
- Query Resolution: Resolve employee queries regarding salary, structures, and payouts swiftly. [1]
2. TDS & Income Tax Compliance
- Tax Investment Verification: Collect, review, and verify employee investment declarations and proofs.
- TDS Calculation: Compute monthly TDS deductions based on the latest income tax regimes.
- Form 16: Coordinate the generation and distribution of Form 16 at the end of the financial year.
- Returns: Assist in filing quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
3. Statutory Compliance
- Fund Management: Ensure accurate deductions and timely deposits for PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF.
- Challan Generation: Generate monthly statutory challans and manage online government portals.
- Audit Readiness: Maintain all statutory registers, forms, and notices required under labor laws.
- Legal Updates: Stay updated on amendments to labor laws and implement changes internally.
4. HR Generalist Operations
- Onboarding & Exit: Manage smooth employee induction, documentation, and exit interview processes.
- HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee databases in the HRMS tool.
- Policy Administration: Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing company HR policies.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and workplace issues. [1]
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Tools: Proficiency in HRMS software (e.g., Darwinbox, Keka, Zoho) and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian Labor Laws, PF Act, ESIC Act, and Income Tax rules.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
