Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency and integration across projects.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance platform capabilities.
- Document architectural decisions and maintain comprehensive design artifacts for reference and compliance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES, Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk PharmaSuite.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing execution systems and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures for manufacturing platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with automation systems and software used in manufacturing industries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
