As a CA Fresher in the CFO’s Office, you will get hands-on exposure to core finance operations in a fast-growing SaaS company. From financial reporting and analysis, you will work closely with experienced finance leaders and gain practical experience across multiple finance functions.

You will assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.

You will work on account reconciliations.

You will participate in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking activities to help improve financial planning.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance processes and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
This is a Bengaluru-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.
You consistently deliver accurate financial reports, maintain compliance standards, and proactively contribute to improving finance processes while learning and growing in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Here are the basic requirements:

You have recently completed and qualified for your Chartered Accountancy (CA) from ICAI.

You are looking to kickstart your career in corporate finance within a fast-growing SaaS environment

You possess strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial modelling.
- You are proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar software.

You have strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

You have strong expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

You demonstrate excellent analytical thinking and can interpret financial data to support business decisions.

You communicate effectively and collaborate well with internal stakeholders.

You are eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.

You have completed articleship exposure in financial reporting.

You have hands-on experience using ERP or accounting software during internships/articleship.

You have prior experience in a fast-paced SaaS or technology-driven organisation.
