Specialist, Pursuit Strategy
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Proposal Studio team within the Government & Public Services (GPS) Sales Excellence organization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills, responsible for supporting the development of first draft proposal responses for various solicitations.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Pursuit Strategy on the Proposal Studio team, you will be responsible for:
- Utilize Gen AI tools to generate and refine proposal content
- Collaborate with the Studio team to tailor AI-generated responses to client requirements and request for proposal guidelines
- Develop proposal kickoff and jump-start materials and support first-draft proposal development using GPS pursuit methodology and available tools
- Review proposal content for compliance with branding, templates, and quality standards, and update drafts based on feedback
- Support proposal workflow coordination, status tracking, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement
The team
The USI GPS Sales Excellence team is an essential part of Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice, dedicated to driving strategic sales initiatives and supporting the pursuit of high-value opportunities. This team works in close collaboration with US-based counterparts to ensure a cohesive and effective sales process. They are involved in key activities such as opportunity identification, competitive intelligence gathering, and providing comprehensive proposal support. The USI GPS Sales Excellence team plays a pivotal role in enabling Deloitte to deliver innovative and impactful solutions to government clients, maintaining a competitive advantage in the public sector marketplace.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in pursuit management or bid management
- Master’s degree in Business or Management
- Experience using Gen AI tools to support proposal content development
- Experience supporting proposal development processes and solicitation response activities
- Experience reviewing proposal content for compliance with templates, branding standards, and guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Experience supporting pursuits in the Government and Public Services industry
- Experience supporting US government contracting proposals
- Experience with proposal automation tools such as Qvidian or Responsive
- Experience using Gen AI tools and prompting practices in proposal development
- Experience with workflow management processes and tools
