We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage various human resource functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills and be capable of handling day-to-day HR operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and maintain attendance reports.
- Assist in payroll preparation and coordination with the accounts department.
- Handle employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Handle joining formalities, exit procedures, and full-and-final settlements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with HR processes, payroll, and labor laws is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
