Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Coordinotor to manage day-to-day production activities, manpower coordination, production planning, and quality execution on the factory floor. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in handling manufacturing operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow on the production floor
- Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve daily and monthly targets
- Coordinate with merchandising, quality, store, and dispatch teams for smooth operations
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials
- Monitor product quality and minimize rejection/wastage during production
- Maintain production reports, output records, and daily progress updates
- Handle labour management and resolve production-related issues on the floor
- Ensure timely completion of production orders as per buyer timelines
- Maintain discipline, safety standards, and housekeeping in the production area
- Coordinate machine maintenance and report breakdowns when required
- Train and guide workers to improve productivity and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Production/Manufacturing or relevant field preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing/production operations
- Strong team handling and floor management skills
- Knowledge of production planning and workflow management
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Basic reporting and documentation knowledge
- Experience in glass/home décor/export industry preferred
Pay: ₹11,571.20 - ₹33,380.85 per month
