We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) for smooth execution
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (industry-specific experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B & B2C sales
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Understanding of digital marketing or technical products
