We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service while maintaining the operational records that keep our business running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who can turn inquiries into loyal customers and manage complex schedules with ease. Key Responsibilities Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and inquiries. Requirement Analysis: Listen to and address specific client needs, providing tailored solutions and information. Customer Retention & Conversion: Engage with leads to convert them into long-term subscribers and follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction. Record Management: Meticulously track customer data, including active meal delivery dates, "pause" requests, and subscription cycles. Team Coordination: Work closely with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure client requirements and schedule changes are executed accurately. Feedback Loop: Collect and report client feedback to help improve our service and menu offerings. Requirements & Skills Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and local language proficiency preferred). Organizational Skills: High attention to detail, especially regarding dates and data entry. Sales Aptitude: A natural ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport with diverse personalities. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle client complaints or scheduling conflicts with a calm and professional demeanor. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM software to maintain accurate records.
