Sekaran Latha Transport is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator / Office Administrator to join our growing team in Avinashi. We are seeking a responsible candidate who can efficiently manage office administration, logistics documentation, financial records, and day-to-day coordination activities.
Job Details
· Location: Office Based – Avinashi, Tamil Nadu
· Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
· Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare reports, invoices, spreadsheets, and office documents
· Manage emails, phone calls, and daily office correspondence
· Maintain databases and update logistics software regularly
· Verify invoices and proof-of-delivery (POD) documents
· Process invoices and track office expenses accurately
· Maintain accurate vehicle mileage logs and records
· Reconcile daily and weekly closing balances
· Monitor incoming and outgoing payments and maintain financial records
· Support smooth day-to-day office and logistics operations
Skills & Requirements
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Good attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Basic accounting and record maintenance knowledge preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
· Ability to work independently and responsibly
· Prior office administration or logistics experience is an added advantage
