Core Responsibilities
- Clienteling & Sales: Greet customers, identify their needs, and make tailored recommendations for fine jewelry, diamonds, and watches to meet or exceed daily sales targets
- Product Education: Explain the "4 Cs" (Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat), metal purities, and gemstone properties to build customer trust and confidence.
- Merchandising: Arrange and maintain secure, sparkling, and attractive in-store displays while ensuring strict counter cleanliness.
- Transactions & Administration: Process sales, layaways, and returns accurately using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system, and handle gift-wrapping and special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock control, replenish floor inventory, and participate in regular store audits to prevent shrinkage.
- Relationship Building: Follow up with clients for special occasions, manage a client book, and notify them of new arrivals or promotional events.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in luxury retail, jewelry sales, or a customer-facing premium goods environment.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with gold standards, pearls, colored stones, and luxury watch brands.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication skills to guide hesitant buyers.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
