We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer/Video Editor with 1-2 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and visual content for social media, advertising campaigns, websites, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for trends, transitions, timing, and storytelling — and a solid understanding of social media aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns.
- Produce short-form videos, reels, ads, explainer videos, and promotional content for social media platforms.
- Work closely with the creative team, video editors, and marketing team to understand campaign requirements.
- Transform static designs into engaging animations.
- Edit videos, add motion effects, transitions, and sound design.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
- Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Optimize videos for different digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Requirements:
- Proven experience or strong portfolio in video editing / social media content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, transitions, and basic animations
- Good understanding of social media dynamics (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Candidates with strong creative sense and editing skills are encouraged to apply.
