Position: Flight Integration & Testing Engineer
Location: Bhopal
Experience: 3+ Years
Industry: Defence Tech / UAV / Autonomous Systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform drone flight integration, testing, and validation activities
- Integrate and test flight controllers, telemetry systems, RF communication modules, and payloads
- Work on GPS-denied navigation systems and autonomous mission planning
- Conduct field testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization
- Support development of EW (Electronic Warfare) resilient drone systems
- Collaborate closely with R&D, embedded, and hardware teams for rapid prototyping
- Ensure system reliability, flight safety, and mission readiness
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in drone flight integration and testing
- Strong understanding of GPS-denied navigation systems
- Experience with EW (Electronic Warfare) resilience systems
- Hands-on experience with RF systems and communication integration
- Knowledge of flight controllers, telemetry systems, and payload integration
- Field testing and debugging expertise
- Understanding of autonomous drone operations and mission planning
- Ability to work in fast-paced R&D and prototyping environments
Preferred Background:
Candidates with prior experience in:
- Defense projects
- Tactical UAV systems
- Advanced autonomous drone technologies
- will be given preference.
