Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging expert talk, workshop, or guest lecture on the assigned topic.
- Share current industry trends, practical insights, and real-world case studies.
- Bridge the gap between academic concepts and industry practices.
- Conduct interactive sessions, demonstrations, hands-on activities, or case discussions.
- Guide students on career opportunities, employability skills, and industry expectations.
- Address participants' queries through an interactive Q&A session.
- Share learning resources, tools, and best practices relevant to the topic.
- Coordinate with the department regarding session objectives, schedule, and logistics.
- Submit presentation materials (if applicable) before the session.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for enhancing students' professional competencies.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant field; Master's degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of industry, academic, or training experience.
- Subject matter expertise in the assigned domain.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in conducting workshops, FDPs, seminars, or corporate training programs is desirable.
- Ability to engage students through practical examples and interactive learning methods.
